Job Description

Experis is seeking a Software Engineer 4 (Contingent) in Columbus, OH (onsite) to support the development and delivery of AI solutions. This role combines multi-agent AI orchestration with enterprise full-stack development, plus Generative AI work with rapid prototyping and deployment so improvements can reach users quickly.

Pay is $70-$74 per hour with weekly pay, and benefits become available upon completion of the waiting period.

What you’ll do

  • Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks that deliver reusable AI capabilities across the organization.
  • Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications that enable AI-powered experiences using modern web technologies.
  • Design and implement Generative AI solutions with modern agent frameworks and workflow patterns.
  • Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver AI capabilities with strong technical rigor.
  • Prototype, deploy, and iterate rapidly to improve workflow efficiency, scalability, security, and performance.

Required experience

  • 7+ years developing enterprise web applications, with strong experience in Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.
  • 2+ years hands-on experience building Generative AI applications, including experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
  • Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions.
  • 5+ years designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
