Job Description

The Sr. Data Analyst/Engineer & SharePoint/Web Developer (Tier III) role supports the USMC M26 contract in Quantico, VA, covering enterprise services operations and sustainment. The position focuses on web and SharePoint administration, analytics and data management, and dashboard/report development, with a Top Secret/SCI clearance required.

Role Overview

Bowhead is seeking a senior data analyst/engineer to support the USMC M26 contract in Quantico, VA. Contract support includes program management; logistics; asset management; engineering; customer service; research and development of new capabilities; test and evaluation; manpower, training, and personnel; new equipment fielding and training; financial management; information assurance; cybersecurity; and 24X7 enterprise services operations and sustainment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply experience with permissions management, site navigation management, and metrics collection and analysis.
  • Manage page and design changes and perform troubleshooting for issues as they arise.
  • Deliver strong analytical and problem-solving support across assigned tasks.
  • Use excellent communication and interpersonal skills while coordinating work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrate exceptional programming capability using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
  • Use SQL, PowerShell scripting, and PowerBI to build dashboards and reports.
  • Perform data management activities, including data analysis, data ingestion/sync, and data cleansing and organizing.
  • Support information dissemination and coalition sharing.

Required Qualifications

  • Ten (10+) years of experience in web site administration or a relevant field.
  • Experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SQL, PowerShell, and PowerBI.
  • Maintain IAT I Certification.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees and external contacts; demonstrable oral and written communication skills, with technical publications or conference presentation examples potentially requested.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI clearance and be able to obtain a Counter Intelligence Polygraph.
  • US Citizenship is required for Top Secret clearance at this location.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS in a relevant technical field.
  • Experience with web development and site customization.

Compensation

The pay scale for this position is USD 170,000 - 190,000 per year.

Security Clearance Required

  • Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI clearance and have the ability to obtain a Counter Intelligence Polygraph.
  • US Citizenship is required for Top Secret clearance at this location.
