Sr Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to product engineering for designing, developing, and deploying system architectures and integrated solutions.
• Derive and allocate system requirements from the vehicle, engine, and transmission levels down to component-level specifications.
• Contribute to product specifications and assist in creating design verification test plans to ensure data collection supports requirements verification.
• Serve as the technical lead for cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software) through the Systems Requirements Review to ensure engineering requirements are satisfied.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to capture requirements and achieve seamless system integration.
• Perform system analysis, troubleshoot issues, and monitor performance to maintain optimal operation.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and compliance.
• Prepare engineering technical reports for customer submission.
