Responsibilities
- Design and deploy advanced data engineering solutions on mission oriented programs, building pipelines and platforms that organize disparate data into actionable insights.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of analysts, data engineers, developers, and data consumers in an agile, fast paced setting.
- Apply analytical exploration to oversee the assessment, design, construction, and maintenance of scalable data platforms for clients.
Requirements
- Six or more years shaping and delivering AI enabled mission or enterprise systems, including data integration, secure compute environments, and operator facing applications in restricted or classified settings.
- Six or more years designing and implementing data pipelines, ontologies, and application workflows on Palantir Foundry or Gotham, including airgapped, degraded connectivity, or multiclassification environments.
- Six or more years building secure analytics ecosystems, including log pipelines, monitoring frameworks, operational dashboards, or intelligence fusion platforms in greenfield or modernization efforts.
- Six or more years practicing DevSecOps, including containerization, orchestration, CI/CD, and automated testing within constrained toolchain environments.
- Six or more years integrating AI and ML capabilities into production workflows or operator tooling, such as LLM enabled assistants, model augmented decision aids, or automation solutions.
- Six or more years evaluating architectural tradeoffs under constrained mission conditions, including limited infrastructure, fragmented networks, evolving requirements, or high pressure timelines.
- Proven ability to rapidly learn unfamiliar technologies and support engineering teams through implementation.
- Experience communicating architectural decisions and impacts to engineers, government clients, and senior nontechnical stakeholders.

Compensation
Salary: USD 77,600 - 176,000 per year
