Job Description

Electrical Engineer position with Benchmark Space Systems in Burlington, VT (onsite), offering USD 100,000 - 130,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Convert cross-functional system requirements into PCB designs by collaborating with diverse teams
Partner with Mechanical Engineering to define PCB interfaces and drive circuit design and layout choices
Conduct bring-up and validation testing to verify operation across varied environmental and electrical conditions
Create clear assembly and integration documentation to guide production technicians
Lead design reviews for peers and provide constructive feedback on their designs
Support additional duties as needed to aid overall business operations
Maintain Benchmark Space Systems' reputation for honesty, integrity, accountability, and transparency in all activities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering or a related field
7+ years of circuit design and PCB layout experience
Experience managing design requirement flows and leading design reviews
Strong organizational skills, thorough record-keeping, and clear written and verbal communication
U.S. Person required
