Prepare accurate scopes, pricing, and supporting documentation for proposals and project work.
Collaborate with field technicians, sales, and management to ensure quotes reflect real-world conditions and stay on scope and schedule.

Requirements

Solid understanding of mechanical or electrical systems, including the ability to interpret specifications and accurately scope generator projects.
Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve efficiency (drafting outreach, summarizing specs, accelerating documentation, and supporting estimating).
Experience preparing quotes, estimates, bids, or RFP responses for technical, construction-related, or service work is strongly preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple quotes, bids, and projects at the same time.
Professional verbal and written communication for interacting with clients, technicians, and vendors, including comfort with proactive outreach.
Proactive, ownership-minded approach with the ability to drive projects and outreach forward without being micromanaged.
