Product Support Engineer 3, onsite in Oklahoma City, OK, contract position at USD 67 per hour to lead NAVAIR RCM and CBM+ tasks.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the execution of NAVAIR RCM and CBM+ initiatives
- Conduct detailed RCM analysis in alignment with SAE JA1011/JA1012 standards
- Assess system functions, failure modes, effects, and consequences
- Leverage FMECA and reliability data to craft maintenance strategies
- Create clear RCM reports with findings and recommendations
- Recommend preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance actions
- Evaluate maintenance tasks for effectiveness, feasibility, and cost impact
- Support development of maintenance plans and schedules
- Analyze operational, failure, and maintenance data
- Assist with root cause analysis and failure investigations
Requirements
- Clearance not required to start; must be able to obtain Secret clearance if needed
- Experience with NAVAIR RCM and CBM+ programs
- Knowledge of NAVAIR policies, DoD requirements, and relevant industry standards
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals (eg, IPCs, maintenance manuals, technical orders)
- U.S. Citizenship required (as defined by ITAR)
