Job Description

Product Support Engineer 3, onsite in Oklahoma City, OK, contract position at USD 67 per hour to lead NAVAIR RCM and CBM+ tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the execution of NAVAIR RCM and CBM+ initiatives
  • Conduct detailed RCM analysis in alignment with SAE JA1011/JA1012 standards
  • Assess system functions, failure modes, effects, and consequences
  • Leverage FMECA and reliability data to craft maintenance strategies
  • Create clear RCM reports with findings and recommendations
  • Recommend preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance actions
  • Evaluate maintenance tasks for effectiveness, feasibility, and cost impact
  • Support development of maintenance plans and schedules
  • Analyze operational, failure, and maintenance data
  • Assist with root cause analysis and failure investigations

Requirements

  • Clearance not required to start; must be able to obtain Secret clearance if needed
  • Experience with NAVAIR RCM and CBM+ programs
  • Knowledge of NAVAIR policies, DoD requirements, and relevant industry standards
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals (eg, IPCs, maintenance manuals, technical orders)
  • U.S. Citizenship required (as defined by ITAR)

Summary
