Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key metrics, KPIs, and data requirements
- Design, build, and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting
- Translate complex datasets into clear, business-oriented insights and recommendations
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across multiple platforms
- Conduct deep dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with data scientists, product managers, and business teams to support strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in data engineering and analytics roles
- Strong proficiency with SQL and analytics tools
- Proven experience in financial services and wealth management, with expertise in stock plans, financial data, crypto, and related business processes
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake
- Solid understanding of data modeling, architecture, and governance principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Salary range: USD 103,330 - 128,656 per year
