Job Description

Hybrid Data Analytics Engineer role in Atlanta, GA (hybrid) blending data engineering with business analytics to craft scalable data solutions and deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key metrics, KPIs, and data requirements
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, business-oriented insights and recommendations
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across multiple platforms
  • Conduct deep dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Partner with data scientists, product managers, and business teams to support strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
  • 8 years of experience in data engineering and analytics roles
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and analytics tools
  • Proven experience in financial services and wealth management, with expertise in stock plans, financial data, crypto, and related business processes
  • Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, architecture, and governance principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP

Compensation

Salary range: USD 103,330 - 128,656 per year
