AI Engineer

Onsite role in Grand Prairie, TX (Mon to Thu) building enterprise LLM/AI and RAG solutions. What You’ll Do

• Architect RAG pipelines and integrate generative AI into enterprise cloud environments using Hugging Face, LangChain, and the Open AI API.
• Translate complex model outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for operations and executive stakeholders.

What You Bring

• AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience required (no stated limit for the right candidate).
• Hands-on LLM/AI experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, and the Open AI API.
• Experience architecting RAG pipelines using Hugging Face, LangChain, and the Open AI API for enterprise cloud integration.
• Strong communication skills to convert complex model results into decision-ready guidance for operations and leadership.
• Technical foundation including Python, R, SQL, and LLM/AI and RAG pipelines.

Good to Have

• 2-4 years working in the manufacturing domain.
• Experience with shop floor operations, production planning, and systems such as MES, SCADA, and ERP.
• Proficiency with industrial protocols such as OPC-UA, MQTT, and Modbus, with the ability to bridge OT/IT systems for real-time data extraction.
• Applied experience using OEE, Six Sigma, SPC, and lean methodologies to improve yield, uptime, and efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: USD 135,000 - 148,500 per year.

Compensation details: USD $148,500 Gross (USD $135,000 Base salary + 5% Organizational bonus + 5% Performance Bonus) + Benefits. Compensation is negotiable for the right candidate.
