Job Description

Join Experis’ AI & Automation department and help deliver enterprise-ready AI capabilities in a hybrid setup based in Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite). This role focuses on building practical AI solutions that improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support responsible AI practices.

You will work with modern Microsoft AI tooling including Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Azure OpenAI Services, while partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate models and ensure seamless API connectivity.

What you’ll do

  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, and modern AI technologies.
  • Increase productivity by applying AI-powered automation and intelligent workflows to business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models and deliver API integrations that work reliably.
  • Use data analytics and AI monitoring tools to optimize AI solutions and support responsible AI practices.
  • Stay current with advances in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI governance to guide innovation.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, cloud engineering, or automation.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Microsoft Copilot technologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI Services, and Azure AI Studio.
  • Strong skills in prompt engineering, API integration, data analytics, and responsible AI practices.

Technology environment

Work across Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI Services, Azure AI Studio, plus Generative AI and LLMs, including AI monitoring tools.
