AI Engineer

BridgeNexus Technologies Inc is seeking an AI Engineer to build and take AI and machine learning work from development through production. Based in Sunnyvale, CA (onsite), the role focuses on end to end model development, including dataset preparation, training and optimization, deployment, and continuous monitoring.

In this position, you will partner with software engineers and data scientists to turn large-scale data into reliable AI solutions and keep model performance improving after release. The hourly compensation range for this role is USD 45 to 50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI/ML models and algorithms
• Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets
• Train, test, and optimise machine learning models
• Deploy AI solutions into production environments
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists
• Monitor and improve model performance over time

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java
• Knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Experience with data analysis and statistics
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, or a related field
• Experience with AI/ML projects or internships
