AI Engineer

Computer Enterprises Inc is hiring an AI Engineer in West Chester, PA (hybrid) to help build and scale an AI-driven operations platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, validate, deploy, and continuously monitor machine learning models
• Build and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, validation, cleansing, and monitoring
• Create proof-of-concept solutions and assess emerging AI and ML technologies
• Contribute to platform architecture, automation capabilities, and system integrations
• Work with engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver AI solutions
• Produce technical documentation, test plans, recommendations, and reports
• Support testing, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives across models and pipelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering
• Strong programming experience with Python
• Experience developing, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models in production
• Hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, statistical analysis, or data mining
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and processing frameworks
• Knowledge of Kafka, Spark, Docker, and modern cloud technologies
• Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related technical field
• Experience with AI agents, automation platforms, or intelligent workflow solutions
• Background supporting Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), observability, or operations automation initiatives
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or agentic AI frameworks
• Familiarity with AWS, Databricks, and related cloud platforms
