Job Description

Computer Visionaries AI (CV.AI) builds production-grade, agentic AI systems for real client engagements. This role supports small, high-impact teams where your work shows up in shipped solutions from day one, using AI agents to solve practical problems and improve how customers operate. The position is hybrid from the Dallas, TX area (Galleria / Addison).

What you’ll do

  • Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions, from single-agent workflows to multi-agent orchestration, where agents act as core functionality, user interfaces, or both.
  • Apply spec-driven and test-driven development practices to produce reliable, secure, tested, and well-documented code using AI agents.
  • Develop new AI applications for client business needs, including identifying opportunities where agentic systems can replace manual work and legacy processes.
  • Evaluate agent-produced code for quality, security gaps, and alignment with client requirements, including detecting hallucinations before deployment.
  • Build and integrate client-facing applications that embed AI capabilities into workflows, replacing manual processes and legacy SaaS tools.
  • Contribute to agentic knowledge systems such as RAG pipelines, agent memory architectures, and human-agent wikis.
  • Document architectures, decision criteria, integration patterns, and deployment configurations to support knowledge transfer.

What you bring

  • 2–5 years of software engineering experience with a demonstrated record of production deployments.
  • Experience deploying production-grade code using AI agents, coding assistants, or agentic frameworks for a company or client.
  • Experience with spec-driven and test-driven development workflows.
  • Ability to critically evaluate agent-produced code and identify hallucinations, security issues, and quality problems prior to release.
  • A strong focus on security, scalability, repeatability, and well-documented deliverables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting technical deliverables and progress directly to clients.
  • Familiarity with modern web frameworks, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Comfort working a hybrid schedule from the Dallas offices in the Galleria / Addison area.
  • To meet client requirements, the role is open only to U.S. citizens and permanent residents.
  • An offer of employment may be contingent on a background check.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience building or implementing agentic knowledge systems, including RAG pipelines, agent memory systems, or wikis for shared human-agent use.
  • Hands-on experience integrating computer vision technologies into production systems.
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI, or equivalent) and prompt engineering patterns.
  • Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI, and integration protocols such as MCP.
  • Prior consulting, managed services, or client-embedded delivery experience.
  • Experience working in regulated environments or with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, or HIPAA.
  • Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or both.
