AI Engineer

AI Engineer (Technology Consultant 2) role in Princeton, NJ with onsite collaboration across requirements, design, implementation, quality, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements elicitation by documenting assigned portions of business requirements following provided guidance
• Lead and participate in software application design discussions and capture design decisions to align the team on solution direction
• Write and integrate code changes, adding new features or updates to existing applications while maintaining system stability
• Perform code reviews, implement approved changes, and maintain code repositories
• Own test strategy execution: implement tests, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to meet software quality standards
• Create user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to support adoption of new software applications
• Participate in production issue resolution and recommend preventive actions to improve system reliability
• Maintain detailed records covering code, testing techniques, and support activities to build a reusable knowledge base for related projects
