Job Description

Wipro Limited offers this onsite opportunity in Bellevue, WA, with a salary range of USD 100,000 to 180,000 per year. The role centers on enterprise-scale AI engineering, including designing MCP servers, building multi-agent workflows, and developing agentic AI frameworks. Responsibilities

  • Architect MCP servers and tool integrations to expose enterprise APIs, data sources, and services to LLM agents for real-time context retrieval and action execution.
  • Design and implement Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols to orchestrate multi-agent workflows where specialized agents collaborate, delegate tasks, and share context for complex autonomous operations.
  • Develop and manage agentic AI frameworks using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, and Azure Agentic Framework, covering agent orchestration, tool usage, memory management, and dynamic task routing at enterprise scale.
  • Own the agentic platform tooling layer, creating reusable agent components, managing agent lifecycle, and ensuring reliable, observable, and governed agent execution across the AI platform.
  • Apply experience designing and developing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and tool integrations to support enterprise needs.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, and Azure Agentic Framework.
  • Ability to design multi-agent workflows and A2A communication protocols.
  • Experience in Enterprise Platform Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
