Job Description

Autodesk’s Revenue Operations team is hiring an Analytics Engineer for Forecasting & Revenue Intelligence. In this role, you will help deliver reliable forecasting and revenue intelligence by building and maintaining dbt models on Snowflake that transform Salesforce, subscription, billing, hierarchy, and forecast data into datasets teams can trust. This is a remote role with U.S. flexibility (Central or Eastern time zone preferred) and compensation that includes a comprehensive benefits package.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain dbt models on Snowflake that consolidate Salesforce, subscription, billing, hierarchy, and forecast data into a clean, documented form
  • Design data models for analysis with a clear grain, stable keys, and definitions aligned to the shared metric dictionary
  • Preserve historical snapshots so published numbers can be reproduced as they appeared on the day they were released
  • Maintain the mapping between accounts, territories, sellers, and sales hierarchy as the organization changes
  • Reconcile datasets against Salesforce and Finance, and identify root causes when numbers differ
  • Build the datasets that power the weekly forecast pack, business reviews, and leadership dashboards
  • Add tests and monitoring for freshness, completeness, and accuracy, and resolve data pipeline breakages
  • Translate data issues and trade-offs into plain language for sales and finance partners, then align on a path forward
  • Work in version control with code review and continuous integration

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI development, with experience building models others depend on
  • dbt in production, including tests and documentation as part of your standard workflow
  • Strong SQL, including window functions and incremental models in a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake
  • Working knowledge of the Salesforce data model (accounts, opportunities, line items, and ownership)
  • Ability to explain data problems to a non-technical stakeholder and reach decisions together

Tools you’ll use

SQL, dbt, Snowflake, Salesforce, plus experience with Python, Airflow, Power BI, Tableau, and other analytics tools such as Sigma, Clari, Gong, and Aviso.

Compensation and benefits

Salary transparency (U.S.-based roles): We expect a starting base salary between $103,000 and $185,130. Offers are based on experience and geographic location and may exceed this range.

In addition to base salaries, the compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Location

United States (remote). Central or Eastern time zone preferred. Denver, CO is listed as the location.
