Be hands-on, proactive, and continuously learn new approaches, languages, and frameworks. Produce technical specifications and scalable, maintainable code that meets quality KPIs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, experience, and delivery. Integrate diverse perspectives to balance feasibility, viability, usability, and value, fostering innovation.
- Demonstrate advanced technical proficiency in modern software engineering practices, including AI and Agentic SSDLC, delivering daily product deployments with full automation from discovery to production and operations, with quality checks throughout the SSDLC lifecycle.
- Quickly acquire domain knowledge relevant to the business or product, translating business needs, architectures, and UX/UI designs into technical specifications and code. Be a reliable, quality-focused team member who helps reduce technical debt.
- Exhibit strong communication and influence, articulating complex concepts clearly and supporting trade-offs with evidence to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Engage with product engineering teams at all levels and with customers as needed, fostering co-creation and shared momentum toward product goals while aligning diverse perspectives to feasible solutions.
