Job Description

PROLIM Corporation is seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer to advance enterprise AI initiatives from its Austin, TX hybrid work environment on a contract basis. The role emphasizes AI solution development, enterprise search, deployment of AI agents, AI inventory management, and governance aligned with cybersecurity and privacy requirements. The compensation range is USD 55 - 60 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy components of enterprise search platforms to boost information discovery and retrieval.
  • Assist with configuring, implementing, deploying, and documenting AI inventory management systems.
  • Support the development, testing, and rollout of AI agents tailored to business unit needs.
  • Create technical controls, documentation, and processes to enable AI governance adoption.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
  • Assist with AI model integration, testing, monitoring, and operational deployment.
  • Help establish AI governance frameworks, standards, and compliance workflows.
  • Document AI workflows, technical procedures, system configurations, and deployment steps.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into AI/ML technical solutions.
  • Support troubleshooting and ongoing improvement of AI systems and applications.

Requirements

  • At least one year of hands-on experience building and deploying components of enterprise search tools.
  • Minimum one year configuring, implementing, and documenting AI inventory systems.
  • At least one year supporting the deployment and testing of AI agents.
  • A year of experience developing technical controls, documentation, and processes to enable AI governance adoption.
  • Experience with AI and ML concepts, tools, and implementation practices.
  • Experience supporting enterprise AI initiatives and technology transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience documenting AI solutions and developing technical processes.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
