Call Recording Speech Analytics Engineer

Role: Call Recording Speech Analytics Engineer with Accenture, onsite in Morristown, NJ, responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting call recording, speech analytics, and workforce management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support call recording, speech analytics, and workforce management solutions for the client.
• Engage in hands-on engineering, vendor coordination, testing, performance support, and postproduction stabilization.
• Participate in performance testing and tuning activities to ensure application stability and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Call Recording and Speech Analytics.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
