PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to help own cloud security control activities and vendor relationships across Azure, AWS, and Palo Alto. This remote eligible role focuses on enabling CNAPP capabilities, producing recurring attestation evidence, and building Cloud Security dashboard views in Microsoft PowerBI.

This role is incentive eligible, with payments based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

Core Responsibilities

Collaborate with partners who own technical controls provided through Cortex Cloud, including enabling partner testing and evaluation to assess fit and reduce tool sprawl.
Own vendor relationships for Azure, AWS, and Palo Alto.
Provide recurring attestation evidence as required for each Cloud Security Control.
Review and analyze controls on a recurring basis to validate efficacy and propose modifications to support high standards.
Identify gaps, determine whether new net controls are needed, and determine when existing controls are no longer applicable.
Work with the Cloud Security team to automate attestation evidence, including assessing whether evidence currently obtained manually can be automated.
Develop Cloud Security dashboard UI and views using Microsoft PowerBI.
Provide statistics on dashboard usage.
Engage customers to gather requirements and build a backlog of capabilities for the Cloud Security Roadmap.
Apply security concepts as a subject matter expert and leverage technical knowledge and industry experience to design, build, and maintain technology solutions.
Deliver project work aligned with timelines, working with architecture to translate high-level designs into implementation specifics such as sizing, integration details, onboarding, and operationalization.
Evaluate patches, updates, and ongoing maintenance, and determine impacts to existing solutions when new standards are implemented.
Use change control and other governance processes to ensure alignment of solutions.
Develop detailed implementation, configuration, design, and engineering documentation, and build and implement solutions.
Work with operational partners to support transition and day-to-day supportability.
Provide engineering support for production environments and collaborate with other groups as required.
Seek opportunities to broaden knowledge to complement specific subject matter expertise.

Working knowledge of at least one CNAPP: AWS, Azure, or Palo Alto.
