CyberArk PAM Engineer / Information Security Engineer 4

Motion Recruitment is seeking a CyberArk PAM Engineer / Information Security Engineer 4 for a long-term contract opportunity in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). This role focuses on large-scale Information Security Engineering work, with a strong emphasis on CyberArk PAS Vault administration, credential and secrets management, Windows operations, and workflow automation.

The assignment is designed for an experienced engineer who can support complex initiatives and contribute to planning and resolution of multi-faceted security engineering challenges. The contract is expected to run for 12 months, with a work model based in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Information Security Engineering.
• Review and analyze larger-scale and longer-term Information Security Engineering challenges requiring deep evaluation across multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented considerations.
• Contribute to resolving complex, multi-faceted situations by applying solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements aligned to deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience (or equivalent demonstrated via work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education).
• 7+ years administration experience supporting large, complex CyberArk environments.
• In-depth knowledge of CyberArk PAM components including CyberArk PAS Vault, DR, CPM, PSM, PVWA, CP, CCP, and SIA.
• 5+ years credential management expertise and advanced management of credential management systems.
• 3+ years credential and secrets management experience in a cloud or DevOps environment.
• Advanced technical skills and understanding of information security practices and policies.
• 7+ years of Windows OS administration experience.
• 5+ years experience automating workflows using PowerShell, Python, Shell, or similar tools.
• Experience working with SailPoint and CyberArk integration.
• Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Experience with databases including Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, and MySQL (or similar).
• Experience with directories including LDAP and AD.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Documentation of technical configuration.
• CyberArk certifications are an added advantage.
