Data Center Electrical Engineer (Level 4)

Onsite electrical design role focused on large-scale data center projects in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical engineering/design activities for data center projects
• Create and review electrical drawings as part of design deliverables
• Perform electrical calculations to support engineering decisions
• Develop technical documentation for project design and coordination
• Apply expertise related to data center redundancy, resiliency, and Tier standards
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, and Navisworks in the design and coordination workflow

Requirements

• 5+ years of electrical engineering and/or design experience
• Strong data center experience
• Experience with 40MW+ data center sites
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, and Navisworks
• Ability to produce electrical design work including drawings, calculations, and technical documentation
• Knowledge of data center redundancy, resiliency, and Tier standards
• PE License preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• Onsite, in person
• 5 days/week

Contract Details

• 6-month contract with potential FTE
• 40.0 hours/week (expected)

Compensation

• $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
