Data Center Field Engineer

BHI is bringing on a Data Center Field Engineer to support a data center construction project at the Turkey, Texas site. This is a fully onsite, site-based role based in the Lubbock, TX area, focused on coordination and documentation while working within a demanding field schedule and environment.

You will be supporting daily project needs on a Monday through Friday cadence with 50 to 60 hours per week, earning $29 to $36 per hour plus a site-specific per diem every day worked. Relocation costs are not covered, and the position requires you to remain at the rural job site throughout the week.

• Perform documentation and coordination activities to support the data center construction project.

Location and Schedule

• Onsite location: Turkey, Texas site (in Lubbock, TX, USA area)
• Schedule: M-F, 50-60 hours/week
• Job site requirement: must be located at the rural job site throughout the week

Pay Details

• Hourly pay rate: $29 to $36 per hour
• Per diem: site-specific per diem is provided every day worked; qualified applicants are eligible for Per Diem
• Relocation: not covered

Required Education and Experience

• Required: High school diploma or GED
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or equivalent
• Strong plus: prior recent experience in a similar construction role

Skills and Tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Oracle Primavera experience preferred
• Scheduling and estimating experience preferred
