Responsibilities
- Create data reports and analytics by building processes aligned with automation and efficiency initiatives.
- Develop BI reporting pipelines and dashboards using Tableau, Business Objects, Excel, SharePoint, and related Office tools.
- Design visual, interactive dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs and organizational requirements.
- Build databases that support web applications and websites.
- Assess user needs to optimize site content, graphics, performance, and capacity.
- Produce and coordinate web content, including writing, design, and edits as needed.
- Design and deploy dashboards and reports on Tableau Server.
- Translate business requirements into features and functionality to achieve required results.
- Support the development of internal policies and procedures affecting cross-functional activities and best practices.
- Conduct independent research and implement automated processes through workflows and related methods.
- Administer SharePoint and manage access to shared drives for high priority projects and programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related analytical field; equivalent experience may substitute for the degree.
- Experience managing multiple databases.
- Experience delivering Tableau reports and dashboards.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization, dashboard design, and workflow.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and database design principles.
- Skills with relational databases, SQL, and API-based data querying.
- Experience developing predictive algorithms, image classifiers, and object detectors.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar graphical applications.
- Experience with data science languages like R and Python.
- Ability to integrate and merge disparate data sources using R, Python, or SQL.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
