Design and program electrical control systems for custom material handling and processing equipment at an onsite role in Abbotsford, WI.

Partner with mechanical engineers to understand machine function and translate requirements into electrical controls
Specify control hardware, including PLCs, HMIs, servos, VFDs, sensors, pneumatics, safety components, networking, and vision
Build and maintain a bill of materials for control system components
Create control schematics using AutoCAD
Develop ladder logic for PLCs
Develop and support HMI functionality
Perform servo sizing and controls
Integrate and coordinate control interfaces with other machinery manufacturers
Execute in-house testing and support customer runoff
Work with customers throughout design, build, and installation processes
Travel to customer facilities for startup as required (15% travel)
Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle
