Job Description

Field-based role across Arkansas and the Southern Region with a focus on keeping advanced CNC machine tools running at peak performance. You will travel onsite to support distributors and end users across LA, TX, OK, and AR, handling installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to maximize machine uptime and productivity. The position is an onsite service role based in Arkansas, with a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 130,000 per year.

What you’ll do

  • Travel throughout the Southern territory to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machine tools, including 5-axis CNC machining centers, turning centers, milling machines, and lathes.
  • Carry out machine installations, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs with the goal of improving customer uptime and overall performance.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC control related systems.
  • Analyze technical problems, determine corrective actions, and provide clear recommendations to customers and internal teams.
  • Support distributors and end users with technical guidance, machine optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate service reports and communicate service activity, findings, and recommendations.

What you bring

  • Prior experience servicing, maintaining, installing, or troubleshooting CNC machine tools, including 5-axis machining centers, turning centers, milling machines, lathes, or similar precision equipment.
  • A strong working knowledge of CNC control systems such as Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, or similar platforms.
  • Engineering or technical education is preferred but not required. Candidates with a strong field service background working with machine tools are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the Southern states to support customers and distributors.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
