Gen AI Engineer

Realign LLC is seeking a Gen AI Engineer to build and operate generative AI solutions in an applied environment. The role focuses on developing AI workflows, strengthening prompt engineering practices, and supporting deployment and ongoing maintenance of AI models across environments, including Production.

This position is based in Edison, NJ and is onsite, with an annual salary of USD 115,567. You will work at the intersection of Python development and modern GenAI tooling, supporting both model lifecycle needs and reliable delivery.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Python
• Hands-on experience building API development in Python using FastAPI or Flask
• Working experience in data processing and AI-enabled workflows using Python
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architecture, and agentic AI
• Basic knowledge of hybrid prompting techniques
• Knowledge of generative AI tools such as LangChain, Hugging Face, and Llama Index
