Gen AI Engineer

Robotics Technologies is seeking an experienced Gen AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy generative AI applications in an onsite role in Dallas, TX. The work focuses on building production-ready solutions that combine large language models with retrieval and automation for enterprise use cases.

In this position, you will take models from design to deployment, connecting them to enterprise data, APIs, and monitoring so they perform reliably over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop generative AI applications using LLMs.
• Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise use cases.
• Create prompt engineering strategies and optimize LLM responses.
• Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or other foundation models into applications.
• Work with vector databases for document storage and semantic search.
• Develop AI agents and automated workflows.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and scalable AI services.
• Evaluate, monitor, and optimize model performance.
