Join the onsite team in Winslow, ME supporting full lifecycle electrical control system delivery for industrial and process applications.

Develop and coordinate electrical and controls designs aligned to customer specifications and project requirements
Select electrical equipment, controls, instrumentation, components, and materials for industrial systems
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to request technical information, pricing, and quotations
Create, review, revise, and approve electrical schematics, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and general assembly drawings
Coordinate electrical design work with mechanical, process, and piping requirements
Support fabrication, assembly, wiring, and installation of electrical control systems
Provide technical guidance during construction and integration of control panels and skid-mounted equipment
Develop testing procedures to confirm electrical system functionality and performance
Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and problem resolution during fabrication and commissioning
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to resolve technical challenges
Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
Deliver high level service and technical support across the project lifecycle

Strong understanding of electrical controls and industrial control systems
Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar drafting and design software
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and develop electrical schematics and technical drawings
Ability and willingness to learn PLC and HMI design, programming, and configuration
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and customers
Strong customer-service mindset and professional approach to problem-solving

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline preferred
2+ years of relevant engineering, electrical controls, or industrial experience preferred
Previous experience with control valves, steam systems, instrumentation, process controls, or industrial equipment highly desirable
Experience with electrical control panel design and fabrication preferred
Familiarity with industrial process piping and skid-mounted systems a plus
Experience working with PLC/HMI systems beneficial
Relevant industry experience may be considered in place of a four-year degree, especially with strong background in electrical controls and process systems
