Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT and Rolls-Royce engineering teams to identify opportunities for applying digital technologies that deliver maximum impact and value.
• Access, clean, and analyze large datasets from engine sensors, test rigs, and fleet operations to derive actionable insights.
• Develop, train, and validate machine learning models for tasks such as engineering knowledge search, anomaly research, production support, and predictive maintenance.
• Produce clear documentation and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or Physics; OR a Master’s degree in any of these disciplines; OR a PhD in Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or Physics.
• U.S. citizen eligibility is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a relevant field.
