Overview
As an Experienced Associate in PwC's Managed Services for Data & Analytics, you will help design and implement data driven solutions that optimize performance, develop ETL pipelines, and engage with clients to translate needs into actionable analyses using BI tools and contemporary data architectures.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy data driven solutions to improve business performance through data engineering and ETL processes.
- Apply advanced analytics and SQL optimization to deliver strategic insights that inform client decisions.
- Build and maintain data pipelines to support efficient data collection and analysis using DataStage.
- Utilize BI tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence and QlikView to create reports and dashboards, drawing on DB2 and SQL Server data sources.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data from multiple sources to identify patterns and trends using star schemas and dimensional modeling.
- Design and maintain robust database structures with data architecture skills, including snowflake modeling.
- Continuously pursue process improvements to enhance data quality and integrity.
- Support client engagement by listening to diverse perspectives and needs within regulated environments.
- Contribute to the development of business cases and market strategies through data analysis and interpretation.
- Adapt to a fast paced environment and take ownership of tasks to consistently deliver quality work, including job scheduling and UNIX-based workflows.
