Job Description

Deloitte’s Cyber team works with organizations to build trust in digital environments by strengthening identity, access, and security capabilities across critical platforms. In this onsite Costa Mesa, CA role, you will design, implement, and improve Oracle Identity solutions that enhance access controls and user lifecycle management across enterprise environments.

You will collaborate with leaders, business stakeholders, and security and technology teams to translate requirements into solution designs, support identity governance and access management initiatives, and help connect Oracle Identity capabilities to enterprise objectives.

Role Focus

  • Support the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Identity solutions across identity governance, provisioning, access management, and authentication use cases
  • Assist with integration of Oracle Identity platforms with enterprise applications, directories, and security tools using standard protocols and established implementation patterns
  • Develop and conduct access reviews, provisioning, and entitlement management assessments

Collaboration and Delivery

  • Assist leaders in technical workshops and present findings to both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business, security, and technology stakeholders to define requirements, document solution designs, and align Oracle Identity capabilities to enterprise objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Demonstrated training in Oracle Identity Governance
  • Demonstrated understanding of IAM domains
  • Demonstrated knowledge of web development solutions like Java Scripts/HTML.SS
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on work, clients, and industries/sectors served
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications: Certification in any one of the products (Oracle preferred), SailPoint, or Saviynt
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps and IAM automation (SCIM, REST APIs, PowerShell, Python)
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure identity and access management capabilities
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance such as SOX, HIPPA
  • Experience with access controls supporting audit, compliance, or regulatory requirements
  • Experience working in consulting or client-service delivery environments

Compensation

  • Salary range: USD 68,000 - 133,900 per year (reasonable estimate)
  • You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules
