Responsibilities
- Apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, build and verify balanced systems across lifecycles within a system of systems context.
- Assess customer and operational needs to define performance requirements, align technical parameters, and ensure compatibility across physical, functional, and program interfaces.
- Conduct analyses to optimize the overall system of systems and the architecture that supports it.
- Evaluate factors such as affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory and certification needs, product assurance, and other quality considerations to shape a mission-ready configuration.
- Support planning, organization, and monitoring of requirements management, risk, issues, opportunities, and technology readiness assessments.
Requirements
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
- Bachelor of Science in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited program.
- Experience in verification and testing of ground systems.
- Five or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
Compensation and rewards
Salary range: USD 119,850 to 239,200 per year. Boeing prioritizes a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.

This position requires compliance with U.S. export control laws. A U.S. Person, as defined by 22 C.F.R. ยง120.62, is required. A U.S. Person includes a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
