Process Engineer

The Process Engineer role at Foxconn Industrial Internet is based in Houston, Texas with a hybrid work arrangement. This position focuses on enhancing and supporting the Configure to Order (CTO) process across product lines, delivering ECO/DEV implementations, NPI support, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize manufacturing configuration, training, and related documentation.

Responsibilities

The incumbent will drive engineering changes and ensure proper documentation, training, and configuration management across the production environment.

• Implement ECOs/DEVs and prepare/maintain appropriate documentation (SOPs, rework instructions, etc.).
• Support NPI process and provide DFX analysis.
• Work with IT in helping to develop and maintain the SFC system.
• Provide/define process requirements to related team members.
• Provide product configuration training to Production and QA departments.
• Create/maintain BOMs for configuration management.
• Support customer requests and assist with tours/audits of the production line.

Requirements

Candidate qualifications focus on engineering education, hands-on manufacturing experience, and strong communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Associate degree.
• 5+ years of Manufacturing Technician experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment (CTO and/or system integration experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills.
