Job Description

Dragonfly Pharmacy is seeking a Software Engineer to develop React and cloud-enabled features for an AI-powered SaaS platform. The role collaborates with engineering, product, and design teams to plan releases, optimize performance, and deliver polished front-end experiences from our Salt Lake City on-site office.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy features using React, React Native, and modern front-end patterns
Contribute to cloud-based product capabilities and backend-integrated user workflows
Utilize AI-assisted development tools and automation to boost productivity and feature functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and design to plan and release software
Improve performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability of applications
Implement UI/UX designs with attention to usability and polish
Support testing efforts, documentation, and sprint review activities
Contribute to ongoing enhancements and technical improvements within existing codebases

Requirements

Minimum two years of production experience with React or React Native
Proficient in TypeScript and JavaScript with API integration experience
Familiarity with SaaS delivery models and cloud-backed architectures
Comfort using AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity
Experience with Git and CI/CD tooling
Bonus: experience with AWS, Firebase, or similar cloud platforms
Strong debugging skills, curiosity, and the ability to work onsite in Salt Lake City
