Product Security Engineer - AI Trainer

Support the development of AI models for cybersecurity by evaluating model outputs and creating training tasks that improve real-world security performance.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess AI-generated cybersecurity content for real-world accuracy and validity, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security techniques
• Develop and solve security-focused technical problems used to train AI systems
• Produce clear technical explanations and security-relevant code
• Provide feedback that directly informs and shapes the next generation of AI security models

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a cybersecurity role, such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or adjacent fields
• Experience may include government or military cyber operations
• Some coding experience required; ability to navigate and patch a codebase is important
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual) with strong writing skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Cybersecurity certifications are a plus, such as OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, and similar
