Product Security Engineer - AI Trainer
Job Description
Product Security Engineer - AI Trainer (contract) helps train AI systems for cybersecurity through content evaluation and security-focused technical problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess AI-generated cybersecurity content for accuracy and real-world validity, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security techniques
- Create and work through security-focused technical problems that are used to train AI models
- Produce clear technical explanations alongside security-relevant code
- Deliver feedback that directly informs the next iteration of AI security models
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or adjacent work
- Experience may include government or military cyber operations
- Coding experience required; comfortable navigating and patching a codebase
- English fluency (native or bilingual) with strong writing skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Cybersecurity certifications are a plus, such as OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, and similar
