Product Security Engineer - AI Trainer
Job Description
Support the training of AI models for cybersecurity by reviewing generated content and tackling security-focused technical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assess AI-generated cybersecurity material for real-world accuracy and validity
- Review threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security techniques
- Create and solve security-focused technical problems used to train AI systems
- Produce clear technical explanations tailored to cybersecurity context
- Write security-relevant code as part of training problem solutions
- Provide feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI security models
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or adjacent work
- Experience may include government or military cyber operations
- Some coding experience required, including comfort navigating and patching a codebase
- English fluency (native or bilingual) and strong writing skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Cybersecurity certifications are a plus (examples: OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, and similar)
