Senior Analytics Engineer
Job Description
Nitka Technologies is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer for a 100% remote, full-time engagement supporting a leading US healthcare provider. The work centers on reliability and operational excellence, building the data foundations that help teams move faster with trusted reporting. The schedule is flexible, with a requirement for at least two hours of overlap with Mountain Time business hours, and there are no time trackers.
What you will do
- Build and support Snowflake pipelines and dbt Core models in GitHub, with reliable tests, clear documentation, and data health monitoring.
- Create a weekly clinic availability snapshot using Prompt scheduling data, and load Dialpad call data into Snowflake.
- Own new medallion-layer dbt models delivered by a consultant, then improve data quality, governance, and business definitions.
- Publish discoverable data products for self-service in Domo and Snowflake, helping teams ask and answer questions with well-described, trusted datasets.
What you bring
- 5+ years building and supporting production data models and pipelines.
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt Core, and SQL, including testing, source control (GitHub), and troubleshooting.
- Ability to maintain clear documentation and collaborate effectively with distributed teams asynchronously.
Tools you will work with
Snowflake, dbt Core, GitHub, SQL, Prompt, Dialpad, Domo, and medallion-layer.
Nice to have
- Domo semantic modeling, Azure, Prompt, Dialpad, or Microsoft Graph API experience.
- Experience with Domo, Snowflake Semantic Views, or emerging Snowflake CoWork capabilities.
