Senior Data Analytics Engineer

New Resources Consulting is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to join our Milwaukee, Wisconsin team in a hybrid capacity. This role leads the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions that support business strategy and decision-making. You will partner with business stakeholders, technology leaders, and cross-functional teams to define data requirements, establish scalable data architectures, and drive analytics initiatives from concept through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions that align with business strategy and inform decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology leaders, and cross-functional teams to define data requirements.
• Establish scalable data architectures that support analytics needs across the organization.
• Drive analytics initiatives from initial concept through successful implementation.

Requirements

• Experience in data architecture, data modeling, and enterprise data design.
• Advanced SQL and ETL/ELT development using tools such as SSIS, Informatica, dbt, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence and analytics platforms including Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, or AWS.
