Senior Engineer

Envirogen Technologies is seeking a Senior Engineer in Kingwood, Texas with hybrid work options to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multi-million-dollar industrial water treatment systems, providing technical ownership from concept through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full design lifecycle of high-value treatment systems, acting as the technical lead for major engineering deliverables from concept to execution.
• Mentor the core engineering team, fostering technical excellence, accountability, and ongoing professional growth.
• Serve as the primary reviewer and approver of critical project documentation, including P&IDs, fabrication drawings, electrical schematics, and Bills of Materials.
• Perform advanced hydraulic analyses, optimize pump design and selection, and specify valves and instrumentation to ensure performance and contractual compliance; support the sales team with precise cost, labor, and subcontractor estimates for proposals.

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree, with a strong preference for Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
• A proven track record of engineering success and technical achievement within the industrial water, wastewater, or fluid processing industries.
• Highly organized, self-directed professional who thrives in a collaborative, flat organization; strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a professional presence for customer-facing technical engagements.
