Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, refactor, and manage ML codebases, pipelines, and workflows for the Innovation Office.
• Collaborate with research, medical, and engineering staff to design and implement ML approaches.
• Implement scalable ML methods and workflows for high-performance computing resources in close partnership with research and technical teams.
• Conduct code reviews for peers, ensuring adherence to style guidelines, proper versioning, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot data analysis and modeling issues, including implementation challenges, hyperparameter tuning, and modeling decisions.
• Assist in preparing manuscripts and disseminating results in appropriate venues.
• Work independently and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Develop deployable ML solutions for the health care system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in software engineering.
