Senior Power & Controls Engineer (Industrial / Pharma)

HireOTS is seeking a Senior Power & Controls Engineer to support electrical engineering services and consulting for low to medium voltage power systems across industrial and municipal facilities. This role in Dallas, TX is onsite, with the focus on power distribution design, design management, and deliverables such as reports, P&IDs, and specifications.

As part of a recognized civil infrastructure consulting firm operating in the US and Canada, you will contribute to engineering planning and execution for power and control system projects that span small to large scale facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide electrical engineering services and consulting for low to medium voltage power systems in industrial and municipal environments
• Own planning, design management, project management, and overall design management for low to medium voltage system work
• Produce reports, develop plans, and support municipal client deliverables including P&IDs and specifications
• Develop, read, and interpret one-line diagrams and contribute to power distribution design

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration
• 10 to 15 years of experience designing and developing power distribution diagrams for low to medium voltage industrial or municipal systems
• Strong background in design management and project management for power and control system projects
• Experience evaluating voltage drop, harmonic distortion, and short circuit currents across small to large facilities
• Master’s degree in Electrical / I&C Engineering (+)

Compensation

• USD 125,000 - 170,000 per year
