Senior Software Engineer

This full-time Senior Software Engineer role is onsite in Hanover, NH, where you will join an elite product team backed by a broader network of 50+ engineers across 20 global brands.

In this position, you will take an abstract product vision, translate it into production-ready software, and drive outcomes end to end. The work demands strong engineering fundamentals across modern web and data stacks, plus clear communication and high accountability.

What you’ll do

• Own the full loop: identify, prioritize, design the architecture, write the code, ship the fix, and stay accountable for results.
• Lead within a product team: provide direct ownership on AI healthcare applications, with support from Civicom’s wider engineering network.
• Turn complexity into delivery: break down complex requirements and produce resilient, autonomous software that is ready for production.
