Senior Software Engineer - AI & Multi-Language Systems

Anchor Computer Inc. is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help architect and scale high-performance, multi-language applications while bringing AI and machine learning capabilities into core product pipelines. Based in Melville, NY with hybrid flexibility, this role combines production-grade software engineering with practical AI integration across diverse environments.

In this position, you will design and maintain software components using advanced C*, C++, C#, and Python*>, then work with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into technical architecture that supports automation and smarter workflows.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and maintain robust, high-performance software components using C*, C++, C#, and Python*.
• Integrate AI and machine learning models into core product pipelines to improve automation and intelligence.
• Optimize system latency, memory management, and cross-platform compatibility across diverse environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into technical architectures.

What you bring

• 10+ years of professional software development experience in a production environment.
• Advanced proficiency in C*, C++, C#, and Python*.
• Proven experience integrating AI frameworks, models, or machine learning into software workflows.
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Salary: USD 110,000 - 120,000 per year
