Senior Water / Wastewater Professional Engineer

Senior Water / Wastewater Professional Engineer role based in Saint Johns, FL (onsite) supporting municipal water and wastewater projects from planning through construction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering services for water and wastewater treatment plants and conveyance systems
• Support engineering planning and design for water and wastewater projects
• Produce reports, develop plans, and write specifications
• Prepare cost estimates for water and wastewater scope areas
• Perform hydraulic modeling to support design and planning
• Handle permitting tasks and prepare technical memoranda, reports, and electronic deliverables
• Complete data entry and analysis activities related to engineering work
• Provide construction-phase engineering services
• Participate in field activities including pilot testing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering
• Registration as a Professional Engineer
• 5 to 10 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering (WTP/WWTP)
• Demonstrated ability to design water/wastewater conveyance and/or treatment plants for municipal clients
• Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

Compensation

• Salary: USD 110,000 - 169,000 per year
