Slalom is hiring Slalom Flex (Project-Based) AI Engineers to support production-grade data and AI delivery across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and help build complex data and AI projects
• Work on production RAG architectures
• Implement and apply agentic RAG patterns

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree with recent hands-on production experience in AI or data architecture
• Strong experience in production RAG architectures, including agentic RAG patterns
• Experience using AI tooling and platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, and open-source LLMs
• Strong Cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Consulting experience preferred

Compensation

• Targeted hourly pay range: $60/HR to $90/HR
• Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors
• Hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time
