Job Description

This Senior Advanced Systems Engineer role is based onsite in Pittsfield, MA, with a salary range of USD 142,696 to 158,303 per year. A Master’s degree and at least six years of relevant experience are required to contribute to hardware, software, and system solutions on regional strike programs.

Responsibilities

  • Execute systems engineering activities across Test & Integration, Requirements, MBSE, or Hardware-Systems, depending on the focus area
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance
  • Document, review, and manage system requirements using MBSE and requirements management tools
  • Participate in design reviews and drive verification and validation activities

Requirements

  • Experience in systems engineering, including Test & Integration, Requirements, MBSE, or Hardware-Systems
  • Knowledge of systems design, MBSE modeling, and simulation
  • Familiarity with requirements management tools such as DOORS or Cameo
  • Experience with defense, aerospace, or mission-critical systems

Role and Position Objectives
